Search Marketing Industry Today



From the starting of Penguin & Panda updates by Google, marketing professionals are doing experiments for their projects. My eyes are seeing a not so good neither bad picture of the industry.

During my routine reading I found little positive news from Internet Marketers community around the world. Today, I read a post that is focused on mobile device behavior of the market. Study says mobile device search conversion rates are 28%, so we can guess people are serious with his/her smart phone not wasting time.

As per my knowledge, this time is not steady but flexible. You should need to prepare for everything; you cannot just depend on any single factor (Search Engines, Social Media, Content Marketing, Paid Advertising, Mobile device customer’s network).

Actually the condition is not only because of market's competition or Google's updates or overwhelming promotion approach. Don't Laugh at anyone (especially on your competitor): In industry I have experienced many times, after beating someone (competitors) on search engines or sales, people enjoy victory. But you have to leave this habit. If you waste your time in celebration, then another one will beat you surely.
You need to be very alert if you desire to stay on first position.

Everyone needs different medicine for same illness: Before all these updates & revolutionary changes in market, you will apply the same strategy for similar projects.
